The pickAtime system has four main user interfaces. When you first log in to your pickAtime account, you will be logged into the Reporting Interface, and you will see the following Account Navigation line at the top:

The Admin UI link will take you to the Administration User Interface. The Importer link will take you to the Importer. The Book Appointment link will take you to the Customer User Interface (CUI), also referred to as the Online Scheduler.
This is the administration area of the scheduler, where you will view your data, create your event and manage your appointments. To access, select Admin UI from the Account Navigation line. A second window will pop up containing the Admin UI, so make sure you don’t have a pop up blocker preventing it.
The Admin UI is an applet that caches data sent to it by the server. For best performance it should be left open, so that it doesn't have to fetch the data from the server each time it is used.
We release new versions every now and then. The new versions will load automatically when you log in.
This is where your customers will go to schedule and manage their appointments.
The customer will create a password protected account where their email address becomes the unique contact identifier for the system.
When you create an account with pickAtime, a URL is assigned to your account. This URL, which will be the Customer User Interface, is in the format: https://www.pickatime.com/schedule.jsp?ven=XXXX where XXXX is your vendor ID. You can find out what XXXX is by going to the reports (see below).
The CUI can be put into a frame that is referenced from a different page. That page, a pretty wrapper, can be put onto any server so that you can give your customers a URL such as http://yourcompany.com/appointments.htm.
If you do not have access to your company's website, pickAtime can host the pretty wrapper page. The URL that you give to your customers will be in the format https://www.pickatime.com/yourco.htm. Contact pickAtime to set this up (there is a small fee for this).
This interface provides a way for you to get reports suitable for printing. In the Reports section you can view a list of your events (if you have multiple events), as well as your invoices and payments.
The importer is used by schools to import school data. It can also be used to import a list of employees and/or appointments.
This user interface is like the Admin UI in that it is also an applet.
