Table Format Display
When choosing to display on the CUI (Customer User Interface) with the Table format you no longer need to establish the LCD (Least Common Denominator) for your display. The time increments that will be displayed on the CUI, will be based on the same time increments that you will see in the Slot Editor and on the Appointments page. These time increments will be created for you when you first create your time slots. For example, if you create time slots with a duration of 10 minutes, your time increments will be displayed on the VUI and the CUI with 10 minutes increments.
Should you need to adjust these increments you can do so by going to the Settings / Vendor View Setup page. In the section labeled Time Marks, you can adjust the Draw Time Every: number.
The Draw Time Every: setting will adjust to the last created slot duration. For example, if you create slots of 15 minutes in duration, the Draw Time Every will be set to 15. If you then create slots of 10 minutes in duration, the Draw Time Every will change to 10 minutes.
